Fulfillment Policy

Customers may cancel any subscription within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 48 hours, and are received by financial institutions within 5-10 days. No shipping fees are ever applied, since all products are delivered digitally. All purchases are assumed as tax-exempt, so customers must provide proof of sales tax-exemption upon request from NinGenius Studios LLC
